WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT CALIFORNIA, USA

First things first, I cannot believe it has been over 4 months since I wrote my last blog. Trust me, I have missed you too. Traveling sometimes gets the best of me. Where are you planning your next adventure? Are you looking for warm weather or cool? What about both? After you’re done reading this blog, you’ll be right in the middle. When you visit California, you can be in the snow slopes one day, and relaxing at the beach the next. This state is one of the most common go-to vacation spots for friends & family.

No matter where you decide to go in this state, you will only be headed in a good direction. Below there is listed popular attractions and different things to do while you are visiting.  There is something here for everyone in the Golden State – fun, adventure, and amazing history.

BEST THEME PARKS                                       

Anywhere from Disney Land to Universal, these theme parks are better than the ones in Orlando. For more than fifty-years this place has claimed to be the most-happiest place on earth for all ages. A perfect family vacation spot for tourists, or locals. Endless amounts of rides, games, and fun to be had in California’s theme parks.

IN-N-OUT BURGER

Every Californian loves this place and thinks it is acceptable anytime of the year or anytime of the day. Fast Food that is better than McDonald’s, or Cookout for the East Coast friends reading. This isn’t your normal fast food restaurant. Animal burger and fries are also something people crave as well as never forget. Bring a few napkins, there’s no clean way to eat this.

ROAD TRIPS, HIKING AND CAMPING  

A beautiful view is anywhere you go in this state. There is such a diverse climate from north to south, you have snow and sand in the same state. Life is good. You can be on the beach one day, and skiing in the mountains the next. For those who prefer a dryer climate, visit the Joshua Tree, Death Valley or Palm Springs. Whichever direction you choose, you won’t be disappointed.

SOME OF THE BEST BEACHES

The prettiest beaches can be found in California, and surfing is considered first class here. Take your family to learn how to surf as well as have a relaxed day on the beach. All summer you can expect cool temperatures so bring a light sweater wherever you go. This is a place where it stays sunny and 75.

YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK

Approximately 1,200 miles of beauty located within the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. Yosemite is home to three of the world’s ten tallest waterfalls and the largest single pieced of exposed granite. Hiking in the park is very popular and is one of top rock-climbing destinations. While you are here you can also find restaurants and hotels to stay nearby for travelers to take in this breath taking setting.

SANTA MONICA PIER  

A perfect time to stroll on a bike, roller blades, or a skate board to some of the local’s favorite shops in this 100 year old landmark. This is one of the largest piers in the USA and it’s fun for everyone. You can find a Ferris wheel, games, street adventures such as – live music, restaurants, bars and gift shops.  Don’t forget a camera, the sunsets are unforgettable.

THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE

One of the most recognizable landmarks in the United States. Every year, this bridge it photographed countless of times by people all around the world. This red bridge spans over San Francisco bay for over a mile while still being recognizable in the fog. If this interests you, there are many tours available.
