WHAT I WANT: CHRISTMAS EDITION

Of course - such a simple question, "What do you want for Christmas?' That our moms ask us every year. When I was younger I would always have my "Santa's List" and then my "Mom's List." Once the list was made, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Nothing at all. Other than when I could make my Christmas cookies, or build my gingerbread house. Oh, the joy of being a kid again. There are so many great Christmas memories within the Rivard household that I will never forget like making Reindeer food… if you know you know.

As I got older and started my career - I am beginning to realize how much stress my parents probably went through, or debt. Geez. I find myself shopping for others and then I'll pass a cute decorated window, then proceed to buy something for myself. My excuse? Well, I'm here I deserve to treat myself, too. Horrible habit. How does this happen? I’ll never know. I think it’s a sales tactic at the mall. It’s like going to target. You walk in with one thing in mind and walk out with 8 other things you didn’t necessarily need, but definitely wanted. Another horrible habit. All jokes aside - I have listed below everything I want for Christmas this year.

+ ARIA DIFFUSER STARTER BUNDLE

A friend of mine recently got this a few months ago, and it has been on my list ever since. I have always been a huge Bath and Body Works Wallflower girl, but once I saw this diffuser - I think my whole perspective changed. Maybe I’ll use both.

+ DAVID YURMAN RINGS AND BRACELETS

Anything and everything DY. We love him, for sure. Last year, I got the classic cable bracelet and I can’t tell you one time I’ve gone somewhere and haven’t worn it. As they say, “it’s a staple” and this year I’m going to continue adding to my collection.

+ CREW NECK SWEATSHIRTS

Whether it’s from lululemon, Abercrombie, or target - my obsession with crewneck sweatshirts is inevitable. I am obsessed. I recently got two: one from a small boutique, Shop Riff Raff, and another one from Elevation Church. I’m sure I will continue to buy more in the future as well.

+ PUFFER VEST FROM ABERCROMBIE

I recently saw this on Instagram by someone I follow and I’ve wanted it since. This time of year, my self-control goes out the window and I don’t get it back until January 1st. Thank God I don’t have kids. I’d be broke.

+ LULULEMON

Last but not least, you can never have enough Lulu. I literally live in their clothes. It’s great to my closet and dangerous to my bank account. For all the ones who don't own Lulu because it’s “too expensive” - I used to have your excuse, too. Until I started to wear the clothes and realized the quality of the product is definitely worth the price.
